Our steelhead comes from the pristine waters off Vancouver Island, where it is sustainably farmed with care and attention to quality. We only bring in good farmed fish—chosen for its clean flavour, firm texture, and consistency.

Available in various sizes, steelhead is a versatile choice whether you’re planning a simple dinner or a special occasion meal. It offers a mild taste, similar to salmon, that works beautifully baked, grilled, pan-seared, or smoked.

We always aim to provide fresh steelhead, but if it isn’t available, we’ll substitute with frozen to ensure you never miss out on this excellent fish.

Cooking Tip: Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until flaky.

*Internal temp 130-145°F

This is Sashimi-Grade, recommended to be frozen for 7 days before enjoyed raw.
