Lemon Garlic Baked Rockfish

  • 4x 6oz fillets Rockfish (substitute with Haddock, Cod, Halibut)
  • Kosher Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • Freshly ground Pepper
  • 5 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
  • Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish


This easy recipe can have dinner on the table within 20 minutes, including prep time! Substitute Rockfish out for your favorite white fish.

  1. Preheat over 400°. Season Rockfish with salt and pepper and place on small baking sheet.
  2. mix butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and zest together, then pour on Rockfish. Place lemon rounds on top and around Rockfish
  3. Bake Rockfish until fork-tender, 10-12 minutes.
