Harvested from clean coastal waters, our Savory Clams are sweet, tender, and full of classic ocean flavour. These versatile clams are perfect for pasta, chowder, or steamed on their own with butter, garlic, and white wine.

Conveniently cleaned and already purged, they make an effortless addition to weeknight meals or seafood feasts. To ensure no leftover sand, fill a bowl with fresh water and stir the clams repeatedly—the agitation and the fresh water they’re not used to will help expel any remaining grit.

Cooking Tip: Steam over medium heat with a splash of wine until shells open—about 5–7 minutes. Discard any that remain closed.
