A lean and juicy, medium thick sliced back bacon, smoked over Hickory woodchips to add another dimension of flavour. This is still a RAW product and must be cooked before eating. Sold fresh in a vacuum pack for optimum shelf life. Drycured which means, no added water resulting in better flavour and less skrinkage.

All of Irving’s bacon products are hand rubbed with curing salts and are matured for several days. The bacon offers a full flavour and is mouth-wateringly delicious. It is lean and meaty, and because no water goes into making it, there will not be any excess liquids when you cook it. It has a long shelf life and is ideal for freezing. All our bacon is made without any added sugar.
