“Not Halibut” — Wild Icelandic Skin-On Cod Loin
Looking for halibut but don’t want to splurge? Our Icelandic cod loin is the perfect substitute! Caught from the cold, pristine waters off Iceland, this wild cod offers a similar firm, flaky texture and mild, clean flavour that cooks up beautifully every time.

With the skin left on for extra flavour and crispiness, it’s excellent baked, pan-seared, or broiled. Each loin is hand-cut, vacuum sealed, and frozen in-house to ensure top quality and freshness.

Cooking Tip: Pat the skin dry and sear skin-side down in a hot, lightly oiled pan until crisp. Finish in the oven at 400°F until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
