Instructions:

  1. Pat swordfish steaks dry. In a small bowl, mix Peachin Ain’t Easy, olive oil, maple syrup, and garlic.

  2. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of the swordfish.

  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook swordfish 4–5 minutes per side until just cooked through and caramelized.

  4. Garnish with fresh peach slices or cilantro if desired.
