  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1–1½ tsp Uncle Hemmy’s BBQ Spice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lemon, half sliced for garnish, half juiced

  • Optional: fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs

Directions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Pat salmon fillets dry, brush lightly with olive oil.

  3. Season both sides generously with Uncle Hemmy’s BBQ Spice.

  4. Place salmon skin-side down on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes.

  5. Flip salmon and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until just cooked through.

  6. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with grilled lemon slices or fresh herbs.

  7. Serve with roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus, or a crisp salad.
