  • 1½ tsp Uncle Hemmy’s Gochu Knees Weak (Spicy)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

  • Optional: lime wedges for serving

Directions

Instructions:

  1. Pat shrimp dry. In a bowl, mix Uncle Hemmy’s Gochu Knees Weak, maple syrup, olive oil, and minced garlic.

  2. Toss shrimp in the mixture until evenly coated.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink, slightly caramelized, and cooked through.

  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top. Serve with lime wedges if desired.

Serving Ideas:

  • Serve over steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
