1lb Fresh Tuna (Sushi Grade)
1 tsp Ginger
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce (or Ponzu Sauce)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 large onion (finely sliced)
1 baguette loaf
Roasted Garlic
1. Slice tuna into 1/4 inch cubes and place them in a bowl
2. Whisk ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil in a small bowl.
3. Pour sauce over tuna and mix gently.
4. Sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted seeds.
5. slice Baguette and toast with butter, and roasted garlic.
6. Scoop a portion of Tartare, place on toasted baguette and enjoy!
