  • El Mercado Corn Tortillas
  • Lakeside Farmstead Cheddar
  • Lessig Ferments Cheesy Wheezy Sauce
  • Optional: Sour Cream or Guacamole

Directions:

    • Remove casing & cook
      Remove chorizo from casing. Cook in a pan over medium heat, breaking it apart until browned and slightly crispy.

    • Warm tortillas
      Heat in a pan or over flame.

    • Melt the cheese
      Add cheddar directly onto the hot chorizo in the pan and let it melt slightly.

    • Build your taco
      Spoon chorizo + melted cheese into tortillas.

    • Finish it off
      Add a drizzle of Cheesy Wheezy or a touch of sour cream for a creamy balance.
