- 1lb of Icelandic Artic Char
- Drift Food Truck Aji Sauce

- Preheat oven to 400F
- Place Char on a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Spread an even layer of Aji sauce on the fish
- Bake 10 min/internal temp of 160F
- Serve with your favourite sides
