Chef Paul and the Hayloft team has teamed up with us at Effing Seafoods for a one-night-only dining experience that celebrates exceptional seafood, thoughtful cooking, and perfectly paired wines. It’s the kind of evening designed for lingering conversations, clinking glasses, and plates you don’t forget.
The night begins with a welcome oyster reception, setting the tone with fresh, briny bites and a relaxed start. From there, guests will be seated for a three-course dinner, handcrafted by Chef Paul, with each dish showcasing premium seafood and seasonal inspiration. Every course will be paired with carefully curated wines to complement the flavours on the plate.
