North Carolina Style Pulled Pork by Pitt County BBQ (Edmonton Company)

Ingredients:

Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder

Storage Instructions:

• Thaw overnight in the fridge
• Once thawed, use within 4 days
• Good for 1 year from packaged date

Reheating Instructions:

1. Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil (Large enough for the boil bag)
2. Reduce to a simmer and place the sealed bag in the pot. Heat for 5 minutes or until hot to touch.
3. Carefully remove, let rest for 1 minute, cut open, and serve.

Great for families, quick and easy!

Can be used in Pulled Pork Sandwiches, tacos, quesadilla and more!
