COOKING METHODS: Sushi Grade, hot seared or put this delicious fish on the grill.

FISH TIPS: Goes great in poke bowls, or with sushi. Don’t let it thaw all the way before slicing into it! It is best cut when it’s firm, this makes it easier to get a perfect slice.
