Wild-caught from the cold, clean waters off British Columbia, our Lingcod is a West Coast favourite known for its firm, meaty texture and mild, slightly sweet flavour. Its large, white flakes hold up beautifully to grilling, baking, or pan-searing, making it a perfect choice for everything from fish tacos to elegant seafood dinners.

Each fillet is vacuum sealed, and frozen in-house to preserve peak freshness and quality.

Cooking Tip: Season simply and pan-sear or grill until golden and just flaky. Excellent for fish tacos, fish and chips, or served with lemon butter sauce.
